Our stay was quite memorable! The staff delivered impeccable service, especially Abel and Ruffa. Our room was spacious and well-equipped. But the dining could improve – the coffee machine was rather neglected. Still, a truly relaxing trip overall!

The cleanliness of the hotel was admirable, and I appreciated the convenience of the free shuttles to Orchard Road, making my business trips more efficient. The facilities, including a comfortable bed and well-equipped gym, were perfect for my stay.

Food options were limited and could be improved.

Stayed in a Superior Double Room for 4 nights. The cleanliness was top-notch. Loved the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach chairs. The staff were super friendly and always had a smile. Breakfast was great with freshly baked croissants and various drinks. Convenient shuttle to Orchard Road made exploring easy.

Families will love the service here

I was completely blown away by the level of service we received. The concierge, Benson, was helpful, guiding us through everything we needed and making us feel right at home.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but you get what you pay for, I suppose.
